Entertainers, Shell, Loan-Out Corporations

Coverage for celebrities — actors, musicians, live performers, TV/ radio personalities — or businesses that serve celebrity clients, and Shell/Loan Corporations established to manage expenses, payroll for staff and/or income.


  • General liability on a per occurrence basis, up to $1 million and including bodily injury, property damage, personal/advertising injury, with limits for medical payments and damage to premises rented to you
  • Inland marine for leased, rented or owned equipment, gear, instruments, props, wardrobe, office equipment and Electronic Data Processing (EDP)
  • Third-Party Property Damage (TPPD) for damages to property in the insured’s care, custody and control, including loss of use
  • Auto liability up to $1 million, UM/UIM, medical payments, comprehensive/collision, rental reimbursement, towing, hired and non-owned auto
  • Excess up to $10 million
  • Crime for employee theft, forgery, inside and outside the premises theft of money and securities and computer fraud
  • Property for buildings, personal property and business income
  • Workers Compensation and Employers Liability up to $1 million. Voluntary compensation, stop gap, repatriation, USL&H coverage available
  • Employee Benefits Liability (EBL) on a per claim basis and for errors or omissions  in the administration of employee benefits plans

Common Additional Coverage

  • Blanket Additional Insureds as required by contract
  • Waivers of Subrogation as required by contract
  • Pyro exposures, subject to Loss Control approval
  • Earthquake and/or flood in addition to inland marine

Additional for Entertainers

  • Comprehensive Personal Liability Coverage (CPL) for coverage for primary and secondary residential premises and coverage for domestics
  • Coverage for specialized vehicles such as “All Terrain” vehicles or exotic or high-value, tour buses, custom vehicles.
  • Baby-Band Program- offers competitive rates on coverage for non-headlining acts, whether they are new to the industry or older acts.
  • Pyro exposures, subject to Loss Control approval


Eligible risks include celebrities or anyone in the public eye well-known for their respective craft and/or talent. This includes, but is not limited to actors, musicians, singers, live performers- such as magicians and sports personalities- television personalities, radio personalities, and can even include business managers and talent agents. 

Also eligible are Shell/Loan Corporations established by a celebrity to manage expenses, payroll for staff and/or income.
